Asante Kotoko's Mohammed Camara will be a valuable asset, according to coach Prosper Narteh Ogum.

Mohammed Camara

Prosper Narteh Ogum, the coach of Asante Kotoko, has praised Mohammed Camara, the team's recent acquisition, saying he will be a valuable addition.

The 24-year-old goalie from Soar Academy signs a two-year contract to play with the Porcupine Warriors.

Camara joins the Ghanaian powerhouse as their eighth addition to the current summer transfer window. He becomes the latest member of the team to join Emmanuel Antwi, Albert Amoah, Elvis Kyei Baffour, and other players.

Camara, meanwhile, is the fourth African player to sign with the Porcupine Warriors this window.

"Mohammed Camara has extraordinary potential and is an excellent goalie. His quick reactions, agility, and area command make him an ideal addition to our squad. He comes well recommended, and we have no doubts about his ability to be a valuable addition to our club.

"Having him talk so highly of our club is a testimonial to the strong culture and unity we have here," he continued. We are content and think we have a very strong goalkeeping group with him, Frederick (Asare), and Fatao.

The goalie, who played in 26 games for Soar Academy the previous season, is a valuable addition to our team due to his skill and experience.

Considering his successes from the previous season with Soar Academy, he will be a great addition to the Ghanaian powerhouses.

After an unsatisfactory season in which the Porcupine Warriors ended sixth in the league standings, Kotoko is eager to make up for it this year.
