I am expecting my finest performance next season - Justice Blay, a midfielder for Kotoko

Justice Blay

Justice Blay, a midfielder for Asante Kotoko, is eager for the new season as he hopes to have a significant influence with the Porcupine Warriors.

Injury problems beset the 32-year-old's season the previous year, preventing him from playing as many games in the FA Cup and Ghana Premier League.

The tireless midfield player wants to get back on track before the new season starts to lead Kotoko to the Premier League title.

"I am hoping for my finest season yet. My goal right now is to support Kotoko in winning the league for Asanteman," he stated.

Asante Kotoko is presently getting ready for the campaign of 2024–2025. In the preseason friendly games, they have already recorded two victories.

On Friday, as part of the opening ceremony for the recently constructed TNA Park in Tarkwa, The Porcupine will play Medeama.

Karela United will be Kotoko's first Premier League opponent.

Blay has a wealth of experience in the Ghana Premier League, having played in 99 games between Medeama and Kotoko while tallying 8 goals.

He left Medeama in 2022 to sign a permanent contract with Kotoko, where he has since been an important player for the group.
