Hearts of Oak on the road to greatness - Togbe Afede XIV

Togbe Afede XIV, Hearts of Oak's principal shareholder, has given his word that the team will do great things.

He said this following the club's board of directors' acceptance of the newly constructed Commercial Center.

At the inspection and handover event were Hearts board members Vincent Sowah-Odotei and Akwasi Agyemang.

Following a bold speech on the club's intention to put together the best football team possible, Togbe Afede stated that Hearts of Oak would see brighter times ahead.

"I want to reassure everyone involved that this is only the start," he stated. "Accra Hearts of Oak will experience great things," he continued.

Hearts of Oak placed 14th out of 18 teams in the Ghana Premier League 2023–2024 standings.

The Phobians will begin their 2024–25 Ghana Premier League season at home against recently promoted Basake Holy Stars on September 6.
