Kotoko announce the signing of Ghana defender Joseph Ablorh

Defensor Joseph Ablorh has joined Ghana's top team, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, as they continue to rebuild their roster for the 2018 campaign.

The Guinea Premier League team Hafia FC and the Ghanaian defender signed a two-year contract to play for the Porcupine Warriors.

On Wednesday, Asante Kotoko posted a statement on the team website announcing Ablorh's signing.

"After Joseph Ablorh, 26, successfully completed his medical check in Accra, Asante Kotoko is pleased to announce his signing on a two-year deal," the announcement read. 

Before continuing, "Joseph Ablorh was a notable player for Hafia FC, known for his leadership abilities, aerial power, and strong tackling.

"His exceptional play throughout the 2020–2021 Guinean premier division secured him a position in the Team of the Season, highlighting his dependability and influence on the field."

To cover for the departure of more than twenty players at the end of the season, Asante Kotoko has signed these players.
