I'm happy to be a part of Hearts of Oak - Samuel Amofa.

Defender Samuel Amofa expressed his joy on social media following his successful transfer to Hearts of Oak, a major team in Ghana, during the current transfer window.

Before the 2024–2025 season, the 25-year-old leaves the Bibiani-based club to join the Phobians.

Amofa, who formerly competed in the Ghana Premier League with Liberty Professionals, is anticipated to bolster the team's defense in front of the upcoming season.

"Joining Hearts of Oak, one of the largest clubs in Africa, makes me extremely delighted," he declared.

Along with Nations FC's Asamoah Boateng Afriyie and Michael Awuah, he becomes the club's third signing of the window.

At the Kpobiman Sports Complex, the Phobians are now getting ready for their August 11 Homowo Charity Cup matchup against Hearts of Lions.

They will also play a friendly match against Medeama SC five days later as part of Tarkwa T&A Park's launch.
