The 30-year-old defensive midfielder left Great Olympics at the end of the season, making him a free agent at this time.
After weeks of talks, he ultimately came to an agreement with the Hearts of Oak, albeit he was still on the rather of Asante Kotoko.
He joins the Phobians as their third recruit after they acquired Michael Mensah Awuah and Asamoah Boateng Afriyie of Nations FC before the upcoming campaign.
