The cutting-edge structure was shown to the board under the direction of Executive Chairman Togbe Afede at the handover ceremony, which was held at the facility's Adabraka location.
The Managing Director, together with Vincent Sowah Odotei and other board members, were present during the ceremony and gave the media a tour of the facilities.
"We are thrilled, and all of this is a part of the strategic efforts we are doing to establish Hearts of Oak as the leading club in Africa, not only in Ghana."
Shortly, the finished project will serve as the club's main administrative hub.
The club will have multiple offices housed at the Phobia House, an ultra-modern building that is the first of its sort by any team in Ghana.
Hearts of Oak, who did not have a fantastic season the previous year, are hopeful that these infrastructural improvements will help them succeed this coming season.
