Before the new season begins, the formidable Ghanaian team Hearts of Oak has announced that they will host several friendlies against Togolese teams.

After deciding to relocate their preseason from Pobiman to Asutsuare in the Greater Accra Region, the club made this announcement.

The club will play a series of friendlies in Togo after their stay in Asutsuare to hone their new-look roster for the next campaign.

"The squad will move to Asutsuare on Thursday, where they will stay for a week after leaving their Kpobiman headquarters. The players would go through team-building exercises and other training regimens at Asutsuare to get them ready for the challenges that lay ahead," the club said in a statement.

Coach Ouattara and the team will go to Lome, Togo after their training at Asutuare is over. They will play friendly matches there to hone their abilities and collaboration.

"We continue to bring you regular updates on the club's operations, therefore we ask all of our followers to follow us on all of our social media channels and to continue lending their unwavering support to the team."

September 7, 2024, is the date of Hearts of Oak's opening matchup with Baseke Holy Stars in the 2024–25 Ghana Premier League.
